Privacy Policy

Effective 15 October 2026

Who we are. VyRal is operated by VyRal Dynasty Holdings LLC ("VyRal," "we," "us"), a South Carolina company. This policy covers our websites, including leakreceipts.com, tryvyral.com, laneloc.com and hustlingbackwards.com, and the VyRal apps and services, including LeakReceipts and every LeakReceipts aisle (LeakReceipts for Truckers, for Gig Workers, for Trades, at Home and for Business).

LeakReceipts is one app. One account can use more than one aisle, and the aisles you don't use stay hidden. What you enter in each aisle stays in your one account, and My Receipt combines your aisles for you, counting a cost you share across aisles only once.

To reach us about privacy, email privacy@vyraldynasty.com.

1. What we collect

When you apply or sign up. On the Founding Access application you give us:

Other LeakReceipts forms ask about the aisle they serve: what you do for work, your monthly income range, what you think is eating into your net, and, in the Life Review, your goals, money, time, habits, work, direction and relationships, both as answers you pick and in your own words. Questions marked required are the ones we need to reply to you. Everything else is optional.

About you and your work. Some forms ask, and you can skip any of these:

Which aisle fits you. Some forms ask which platforms you already use, such as load boards, gig apps, selling sites or social media, and how many hours a week you have for this. We use those answers only to point you to the aisle and the tools that fit how you work. They are not a promise of income, and we make none.

Your household and coverage. LeakReceipts at Home and the Life Review may ask whether you have health coverage, what percentage of your pay goes to retirement savings, and, if you want a policy checked, your insurance policy numbers. Policy numbers are sensitive (see "Sensitive information" below). You can skip any of these.

Your business. LeakReceipts for Business and our advertising tools may ask for your organization's name, your website, what you offer and your budget. We use them only to set up and run what you asked for.

Through a partner program. If a shelter, church, veterans group, re-entry or workforce program, or another partner helps you sign up, that partner can see your progress (the steps you've finished) only if you say yes, and you can take that back in one tap. A partner or a sponsor who pays for seats sees combined totals only, never your name, your answers or your records.

How VyRal learns what helps you. We keep a timeline of the steps you take in VyRal, such as starting a check, finishing it, seeing a finding, trying a fix and reaching a milestone, so Vera can pick up where you left off and never ask you the same question twice. We record that a step happened, not what you typed. When Vera asks whether she helped and what would help more, we save your answer only if you choose to give one. We look for patterns only in combined form across at least five members, never to single you out and never for advertising. You can see what VyRal knows about you on the "What VyRal knows about me" screen in your account, and correct or remove any of it.

What we never ask you. We never ask, and we never store, your immigration status, your criminal record, whether you have been abused, or a medical diagnosis. You never have to tell us why you came to get help. If you choose to tell Vera about it, we use it only to answer you in that conversation.

Becoming a Trendsetter. If you choose to become a Trendsetter, we record that you said yes and issue you a referral code. We use it to credit the referrals that come through your code (see Terms 6). If you don't opt in, you get no code and nothing changes.

Sharing your location. In LeakReceipts for Truckers you can choose to share where a load is and where your truck is right now. It is off unless you turn it on. We receive your position only while you are sharing, and use it only for the load or feature you shared it for. You can stop sharing at any time, and when you stop, we stop receiving your position.

People and companies you tell us about. Sometimes you give us details about someone else:

We use those details only to do what you asked us to do with them. Share someone else's details only if you have the right to share them.

We also record:

We keep a complete copy of your submission as our form provider sends it, so we can check that every answer arrived correctly.

When you become a member. Your account holds:

What you choose to enter. If you use LeakReceipts for Truckers or other LeakReceipts tools, you may enter your business records, such as:

These are your financial records. We hold them so the tools can work for you.

Records you store. If you use the Record Organizer, you may store work documents such as driver qualification files, CDL copies, DOT medical certificates, drug and alcohol testing records, training certificates, leases, licenses, insurance papers and job records. Some of these are sensitive (see "Sensitive information" below).

Calls and messages. If you turn on phone answering, texting or lead response for your business, we process the calls, recordings, transcripts and messages between your business and your customers. See section 4A.

Payments. When you pay, Stripe gives us your billing name, card brand, the last four digits of your card and your payment history. We never see your full card number.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, in standard server logs.

When you visit. The first time a browser arrives on one of our pages, we log:

That log does not contain your name, email or any visitor ID.

Documents you upload. If you upload a document such as a rate confirmation, statement or bill (PDF or image), or type a question to Vera, our assistant, it is sent to our AI provider to be read and answered. See section 3.

Black it out first. Before you upload or paste anything, black out what we don't need: full account numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords and PINs. If a letter needs an account reference, the last four digits are enough.

Fix It letters. When a leak has a fix, Vera can draft a letter, email, portal message or phone script for you to send to the company involved, such as a broker, bank, card issuer, credit bureau, medical provider, utility, employer or subscription seller. To fill in the draft we use what you give us:

You review every draft and you send it yourself, from your own email, mail, portal or phone. We never send it for you and never contact the company for you. If you tell us you sent it, we keep the date, how you sent it and what came back, so we can remind you to follow up and show you whether the leak closed. A letter about a medical bill or a credit report may hold sensitive information. We use it only to draft and track your letter.

What we do not collect.

Cookies. We use only cookies needed to run VyRal: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and cookies our payment processor, Stripe, sets on payment pages to prevent fraud. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Do Not Track. We do not track you across other sites, so we do not change our practices in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Sensitive information. Some of what you may give us is sensitive:

You may skip any of these questions, and you choose what you write and what you store. We process sensitive information only to provide the tool you gave it to, at your direction, and never for advertising. We do not release it to anyone except at your direction or as the law requires.

2. What sits in your own browser

Our pages store three small flags in your browser's local storage:

KeyWhat it holds
vy_refThe referral code you arrived with, so the person who referred you gets credit
vy_arrival_loggedThat your arrival was already counted, so you aren't counted twice
vy_promoter_interestThat you tapped the promoter option

None of them identifies you. They stay until you clear your browser.

LeakReceipts for Truckers keeps your book in your browser, and in your VyRal account once you sign in, so it survives a lost phone or a cleared browser. Your book is your loads, your cost basis and your graded history.

3. Who else handles your information

We use these service providers to run VyRal. Each receives only what its job needs and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.

ProviderWhat it handlesWhy
TallyYour sign-up answers, including name, email and phoneRuns our sign-up form and keeps its own copy of each submission

Documents you send only for Vera to read are not stored in our systems. Documents you choose to keep in the Record Organizer are stored.

StripeCard details, on pages where you payProcesses payments; we never see or store your full card number
TwilioYour phone number and the texts we send youSends sign-in codes and texts you agreed to
Google FontsYour IP address on each page loadFont delivery

Each provider handles your information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We never sell pooled member data either.

Results we count. We count, in combined form that identifies no one, how often a leak was found, whether a fix was used and whether the leak closed. We may publish those combined counts. We show one member's own receipt in public only if that member says yes, and we take it down if they later ask.

Partner links. Some screens show links and placements from partner companies. We may earn a commission or credit when you use a partner link; it never changes a grade or a finding, and you can turn partner placements off. When you follow a partner link, you leave VyRal, and the partner's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there.

Text messaging. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share your number only with the service providers that deliver our messages and run your account. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Partner programs and sponsors. A partner program sees your progress only if you say yes (see section 1). Sponsors who pay for seats see combined totals only.

How we count Vera. Each time you use Vera we record the date, how you used it (app, text or a draft) and which level of Vera answered, so we can keep each member's monthly limit. That record doesn't include what you said.

Lead Exchange. If a member refers you to another member for work, we share your name, contact details and job details with that member only after you agree.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

4. Texts

We text you only if you tick the consent box on our form. That box is never pre-checked, and you can sign up without it.

The consent you give reads:

"Yes, text me. I agree to receive text messages from VyRal (VyRal Dynasty Holdings LLC) about my account, my sign-in codes, and updates I ask for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Checking this box is not required to sign up. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes."

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How often: our texts are account and help messages, and the number you get depends on how you use VyRal; when you text Vera, every message you send gets a reply. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we stop. Reply HELP for help. We record when you gave consent. We do not share your number or your consent with anyone for marketing (see section 3).

4A. If you contact a business that uses VyRal

Some VyRal members use our services to answer their business calls, reply to their web forms and text their customers. If you call, text or fill out a form for one of those businesses:

To ask about or delete your information, contact the business. You can also email privacy@vyraldynasty.com, and we will help the business respond.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is open.

If you never become a member, we keep your sign-up information for 12 months, then remove it. You can ask us to remove it sooner.

When you close your account, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, or when you ask us to delete it, we remove your information from our active systems within 30 days. Copies held in our service providers' backups age out on those providers' own schedules.

The exception is records the law requires us to keep, such as payment and tax records, or records we need to settle a dispute. We keep those only as long as that purpose requires.

Information we process for a member's business (section 4A) is kept for as long as that member keeps it, and no longer than the member's account.

Fix It letter drafts and their follow-up history are part of your account and are kept and deleted with it. So are the details you give us about other people and companies.

6. Your choices and rights

Get your data.

Correct it. Ask us and we'll fix it.

Delete it.

Rights under your state's law. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

We do neither of those last two. To use any of these rights, email privacy@vyraldynasty.com. We will confirm it's you before we act, and we will answer within 30 days or sooner if your state's law requires it. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will review it again. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.

Stop texts. Reply STOP.

7. Children

VyRal is for adults. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we have, we delete it.

8. Security

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards:

No system is perfect, and we can't promise yours will never be exposed. If it is, we will tell you as the law requires.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change matters, we'll tell members directly before it takes effect.
