These terms are an agreement between you and VyRal Dynasty Holdings LLC, a South Carolina company. By creating an account or using VyRal, you agree to them.
VyRal, through LeakReceipts, gives people tools to see their own numbers and find where money leaks:
LeakReceipts is one app. You can use more than one aisle on one account, and the aisles you don't use stay hidden.
Some tools are free. Some are paid fixes and add-ons you choose.
You must be 18 or older. You may use VyRal for your own work or business, or to understand your own household finances.
You sign in with a one-time code or link sent to your phone or email. Keep access to them to yourself.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at privacy@vyraldynasty.com if you think someone else got in.
Your records stay yours. You can export your book any time. You give us permission to host, store and process them only to run VyRal for you. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
Your customers' data. When you use VyRal to answer calls, respond to leads or message your customers, you control the information about your customers ("Customer Data"). We process it on your behalf and only on your instructions to provide the services. You are responsible for giving your customers any notice and getting any consent the law requires for that. We do not sell Customer Data or use it for our own marketing. We may use it in de-identified or combined form that identifies no one, to run and improve VyRal.
The Record Organizer. The Record Organizer is storage you control. You remain responsible for meeting every record-keeping, retention, confidentiality and release rule that applies to you, including 49 CFR Parts 40, 382 and 391. We do not release your records to anyone except at your direction or as the law requires. Before you close your account or delete records, export any records you are legally required to keep.
What's ours. We own VyRal, including its software, content, design and trademarks. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use VyRal under these terms. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.
Your own figures. VyRal shows you calculations made from the figures you give us. Where a figure is an estimate, we label it as one. If the figures you enter are wrong, the results will be too.
AI can be wrong. Vera and the phone assistant use artificial intelligence and can make mistakes, mishear callers or miss calls. Review what they produce before you rely on it. You are responsible for how your phone assistant is set up and what it says for your business. The phone service is not an emergency service and cannot be used to reach 911.
Not professional advice. VyRal is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. That includes Vera, grades, findings, recommendations and the Price Check. Where VyRal shows a law, a rule or a deadline, it links the official source. Check with a professional before you act on it.
No promised results. We do not promise that any load, job, lead, call or fix will make you money or close a leak. What a fix did for you, we measure from your own records afterward.
Your decisions are yours. You decide which loads to take, what to charge and how to run your business.
Vera and Vera Pro. Vera comes in two levels. Both read the same facts and follow the same rules. Vera Pro, which comes with VyRal Member and paid plans, thinks deeper, writes more for you and has higher monthly limits. Each level has a monthly limit on replies, texts and drafts, shown in the app. Limits reset on the 1st of each month. Vera is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 (veterans: dial 988, then press 1). These numbers show to everyone, every time, whatever your limit.
What you're charged. Prices are shown on one screen with your running total before you pay. Nothing is added that you didn't choose.
Free checks. The free check on each LeakReceipts page stays free, with no card needed.
Founding Access. Founding Access is by application and limited to 500 seats, given in the order applications arrive. Every plan's full price is shown before you join. Paid plans start with a free trial: 30 days for founding members 1 to 500, and 7 days for everyone after. A card is required to start it. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts at your founding price, and we email you before your first charge. Your founding price never goes up for as long as you keep that plan.
VyRal Member. VyRal Member is a low-cost monthly or yearly membership. It includes Vera Pro, a discount on add-ons and fixes, member deals posted by member businesses, and first pick of mentors and show slots. The price and the discount are shown before you join. Member can be bought for yourself, or paid for by someone else as a sponsored seat; a sponsor never sees your information. Business plans include Member.
Renewal. Paid items renew each billing period until you cancel. We email you a confirmation of what you bought, how it renews and how to cancel.
Cancelling. There is no contract. You can cancel any paid item, or your whole plan, in one tap. You won't be charged again, and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the billing period you already paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
Refunds. Because you keep full access through the end of the period you paid for, we don't give partial refunds for the days left in that period.
Price changes. A founding member's founding price never goes up. For any other price, if it goes up, we'll tell you at least 7 days before it applies, and you can cancel first.
Taxes. Prices do not include taxes that apply. Where the law requires it, we add them at checkout.
Failed payments and disputes. If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause paid features until it's paid. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may pause your account while the dispute is resolved.
Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Usage allowances. Some services include a usage allowance, such as a number of phone-answering minutes each billing period. Unused allowance does not roll over. Usage beyond the allowance is billed at the rate shown on your plan screen, at the end of the billing period. We alert you as you approach your allowance, and you can set a cap or turn overage off at any time. Usage already used is not refundable.
Trendsetter credits. Trendsetters earn add-on credits, not cash. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and apply only to VyRal add-ons. They end when your account closes, or if they were earned through fraud, self-referral or a breach of these terms. When you promote VyRal, you must clearly disclose that you earn credits for referrals. One paying referral earns 1 credit, or 2 credits if you are a VyRal Member or on a paid plan when it happens. Bringing a church or a partner program to VyRal earns no credits, and neither does anyone who signs up through a partner program. 1 credit makes one add-on free for one month. Renewals by the person you referred earn nothing extra. The credit goes only to the referral code the purchase came through. It is never split between two or more codes. City Champions and contest winners receive add-on credits on the same terms; no one receives cash. Each credit is used as a one-time code that makes one add-on free for one month.
Lead Exchange. You may refer a customer to another member only with that customer's agreement, recorded in VyRal. A referral fee applies when a referred job is completed and paid, as shown in the Lead Exchange. You may not use the Lead Exchange where the law prohibits referral fees, including real-estate settlement services.
If you turn on texting or phone answering, those services send messages and answer calls for your business, in your name, from wording you approve. They never accept work, quote a price, or take payment on your behalf.
Your customers' replies to STOP are honored automatically.

You are responsible for complying with all call-recording, AI-disclosure, texting and telemarketing laws that apply to you and the people you contact. The phone assistant tells every caller it is automated and that the call may be recorded, and you may not turn that disclosure off. We may pause messaging or calling that breaks carrier rules or the law.
This section is about texts we send you. Texts you send your own customers are covered in section 7 above.
Our text message program sends you follow-up messages from VyRal Dynasty Holdings LLC about an inquiry you started with us. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. For help with these messages, contact wes@vyraldynasty.com.

If you believe content on VyRal infringes your copyright, email privacy@vyraldynasty.com with:
We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
As-is. VyRal is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise VyRal will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limit on damages. To the fullest extent the law allows:
Some laws don't allow these limits. Where they don't, the limits apply only as far as the law permits.
Your responsibility. If someone makes a claim against us because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from it. That includes texting or calling your customers without the consent the law requires.
We may update these terms. We'll tell members before a change that matters takes effect. Using VyRal after that means you accept the change.
You can close your account any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Any part of these terms that by its nature should continue after an account closes does continue, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity and disputes.
Talk to us first. If you have a problem with VyRal, email privacy@vyraldynasty.com. We'll try to resolve it within 30 days before either of us goes to court.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Where disputes go. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in South Carolina. Either of us may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
